PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: Standard orders ship within 1-2 business days.

  • Custom Styling: Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing braiding and styling requests.

  • Modifications: Changes or cancellations are only accepted before the shipping label is created. Once shipped, orders are final.

  • Tracking: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update after shipment.

For our U.S domestic customers, we are happy to offer standard free shipping for orders over $85. Orders less than $85 will be charged a $7.95 Standard Shipping fee.
