Our wigs are designed with an average cap size (22-22.5 inches) which fits 95% of customers. They also come with adjustable straps inside so you can tighten or loosen the fit for maximum comfort.

We accept returns initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Wigs must be brand new, unworn, with the lace uncut and original tags attached.

Proper maintenance is the key!

• Washing: Wash every 6-8 wears with cool water and synthetic-safe shampoo.
• Drying: Air dry is best to keep the fibers smooth. We recommend avoiding blow dryers, as the hot air flow can cause frizz.
• Styling: Once the wig is fully dry, you CAN use heat tools (curling irons/straighteners) up to 250°F-300°F to restyle your look!
• Storage: Ensure it's dry before storing in a hair net and bag to prevent mold.

The lifespan depends heavily on how often you wear it and how well you maintain it.

• Human Hair Wigs: Offer maximum versatility (can be colored and heat-styled just like your own hair) and look the most realistic, but they are significantly more expensive and require daily styling/upkeep.
