If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receipt, as long as it remains in its original condition and all original tags are still attached.

How to submit a return request?

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

Upon approval of your return, we will send you a prepaid shipping label via email. Simply drop your return off at a USPS office. Please note, a flat $7 return shipping fee* will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, while we were happy to offer 'free shipping' on your original order, the cost we incurred to send the item to you will also be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding.

*The flat $7 return shipping fee applies to U.S. domestic customers only. For international customers: You are responsible for the full return shipping cost. We do not offer shipping labels for international returns. Additionally, a valid tracking number must be provided for your return.

  • To ensure a seamless returns process, we kindly request prior confirmation before receiving any returned items. Unconfirmed returns may not be accepted and any return costs will need to be covered by the customer.
  • We are unable to accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.
  • After receiving your return, we'll conduct an inspection of the item and process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement, as processing times may vary across different banks.
  • Choosing a Gift Card refund allows the $7 return shipping fee to be waived. Customers will receive the full amount of the original payment on the Gift Card, which never expires. For more details regarding Gift Card refunds, please reach out to us via email at


We recognize that not every purchase might turn out as you expected. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we are delighted to offer a 14-day FREE exchange policy.

Here's how you can submit an Exchange request:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Locate and click the order for which you wish to submit a return.
  3. If your order contains multiple items, simply select the ones you wish to return.
  4. Please specify a return reason and add an EXCHANGE note for us.
  5. Click on 'Request return'.

Upon receiving your EXCHANGE request, we'll promptly send you a FREE prepaid shipping label via email. Simply drop off your return at any USPS office. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift card for the FULL original purchase amount. This gift card, which has no expiration date, can be used to buy the item you wish to exchange.

  • Please note, the first EXCHANGE comes with free return shipping. Return shipping fees will be applied for any subsequent exchanges.
  • The Gift Card will be issued once we have received and confirmed the returned items.

In addition to the policy above, any purchases made 3 weeks prior to HALLOWEEN Day can't be returned or exchanged other than if the item received is defective or damaged.
