Customized wigs (including braided or specially altered styles) are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We thank you for choosing Her Wig Closet and your satisfaction in our products is our top priority. Please refer below for details regarding an exchange or a return.

Any and all returns and exchanges must have valid tracking.

1. Return Request Window


  • All qualified returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.



  • Once your return has been approved, you must provide proof of shipment (postmark) within 3 days.


2. Refund or Store Credit Options


  • Store Credit: No restocking fee will be applied.



  • Refund to Original Payment Method: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted.



  • Refunds/credits will be issued excluding non-refundable charges such as Route shipping protection and original shipping fees.


3. Return Shipping Responsibility


  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.



  • Packages that are unclaimed, refused, destroyed, damaged, or undeliverable due to incorrect address or missing information will not be eligible for refund or credit. We are not responsible for lost packages in these cases.



  • For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges. We are not liable for these fees or for packages delayed, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs charges.


4. Eligibility


  • Customized wigs (including braided or specially altered styles) are final sale and cannot be returned.



  • Sale items, promotions, and holiday collections are non-returnable.


5. Condition Requirements

To qualify, wigs must be:


  • Unworn and unaltered (other than trying on).



  • Lace intact, with the original hang tag still attached.



  • Free of odors, product residue, or styling.



  • Returned in the original packaging with all protective nets and accessories.


6. Rejections

Your return will be denied if:


  • Used or unsanitary wig caps are included.



  • The hang tag is missing.



  • The wig has strong odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).



  • There are visible signs of wear, cutting, or restyling.

Exchange Policy

Purchases can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in its original condition with all original tags attached. Items that have been used, worn, or altered in anyway are NOT returnable. Customized wigs (including braided or specially altered styles) are final sale and not eligible for exchange. If you meet the criteria, then follow the instructions below to start the return process.

Please contact us at sales@herwigcloset.com to obtain confirming for exchange. Any exchanges request will not be approved without contacting us to obtain confirmation for exchange. In your email for the exchange request, please also indicate which item you'll like to exchange your purchase for. Please attach photos of the product you're exchanging along with the shipping tracking number.

No restocking fee for the first exchange. 15% restocking fee for any sequential exchanges.

All standard shipping fees apply. Return shipping will be provided at the purchaser's expense.

HALLOWEEN POLICY

In addition to the policy above, any purchases made 4 weeks prior to HALLOWEEN Day can't be returned or exchanged other than if the item received is defective or damaged.
