At Her Wig Closet, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange, provided that the item has not been worn, used, or altered, and that all original tags are still attached. *Please note that all returns and exchanges must have valid tracking information and that all sales on clearance items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Policy

We appreciate your business and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and all original tags are still attached. Please note that items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way cannot be returned.

To initiate the return process, please contact us at sales@herwigcloset.com to obtain confirmation. We kindly request that you attach photos of the item(s) being returned along with the shipping tracking number in your email. Returns received without prior confirmation may not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned. Refunds will be processed once we have received and verified the returned items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please make sure that the item is in its original condition with all tags still attached. Please note that for health and hygiene reasons, items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange. If you meet these requirements, please follow the instructions provided to initiate the exchange process. We appreciate your business and strive to provide a caring and helpful customer service experience.

HALLOWEEN POLICY

In addition to the policy above, any purchases made 3 weeks prior to HALLOWEEN Day can't be returned or exchanged other than if the item received is defective or damaged.
