House Targaryen

Daenerys, Rhaenyra, and Heleana all share the same hair color and texture as members of the Targaryen family. They even share the same hair length with their tresses hanging down to their waists. For each of these characters, we recommend our Daenerys wig which matches the Targaryens icy blonde hair color and measures in at 32 inches long. Our Daenerys wig also comes with free parting and a lace front which are great for styling Daenerys and Rhaenerya’s complex braided hairstyles.

However, if you’re looking for a wig with white/silver sheen, we recommend our Orla wig which has the same length as Daenerys, but is wavier with a pearl white coloring.

Alicent Hightower

Alicent's hair is a gorgeous auburn color that looks ruddy in the light and almost brown in shadow. Her hair texture varies throughout the show as well, with full volume and curls in one episode and loose wavy hair in the next. For this look we recommend our Alicent wig which mirrors her auburn color and loose waves perfectly. However, if you prefer her tighter curls, this wig is also heat resistant so restyling this wig with hot tools shouldn’t be an issue. For a more brunette coloring, we recommend our Malani wig which hangs just as long and can be restyled with hot tools as well.

Cersei Lannister

Cersei’s hair is a sunkissed strawberry blonde with waves that reach down to her waist. For this look we recommend our Idina wig which not only matches her coloring, but her length and curl pattern as well. She’s also made with heat resistant fibers for easy restyling if you prefer looser or tighter curls. However, if you’d prefer a blank slate to add curls to, we recommend our Ivana wig which comes with the same strawberry blonde color, but comes straight instead of curled.

Melisandre the Red Witch

Melisandre’s hair is a deep wine red color that hangs long with loose waves. For this look, we recommend our Aries wig which matches her hair color and texture, and measures in at 30 inches. However, if you’re looking for a wig with a brighter red tone, we suggest our Amaya wig which comes prestyled with curls, or our Aitana wig which comes straight but can be curled with hot tools.

Sansa Stark

Sansa’s hair color can appear as copper in one scene and as auburn the next. This seems to be due to changes in lighting conditions as well as post production editing. For this style we’ll suggest three different color tones to help you decide according to your preference.

Our first recommendation is Macey which comes with straight hair and auburn ginger coloring. This wig is best for representing her look in later seasons where the overcast winter skies turn down the brighter red tones in her hair. Macey is also heat resistant and can be styled with waves, using hot tools.

Our second recommendation is our Alicent wig. This style also comes with auburn coloring, but with deeper brown-red tones than Macey. This look also comes prestyled with waves which is a plus if you’d like to avoid hot tools.

Our last recommendations are Rohan and Rooney which have a brighter ginger coloring with no brown undertones. These wigs are both prestyled with waves, and like our other recommendations, are made with heat resistant fibers and can be restyled.

Margaery Tyrell

Margaery has long light brown hair with waves that reach down to her waist. If you’re planning on a simple style with a couple of locks of hair tied back, we recommend our Samara and Elsie wigs. These wigs are ashy brown and are suitable for styling that doesn’t expose too much of the hairline.

However if you’re looking to style Margaery’s more complex updos, braids, and buns, we recommend our Malani, Margaret, and Marley wigs which are all lace front wigs. This type of wig lends to more realistic and complex styling as hair can be pulled back without exposing the wigs tracks, and the hair on the top of the head looks more natural than that of non-lace wigs.

Ygritte

Ygritte’s hair is red, wavy, and hangs past her shoulders. She ties her hair up in a half-up half-down ponytail that keeps her hair out of her face. For this look we recommend our Robin wig which is a similar length and color to Ygritte’s hair. Robin is also a lace front with a free part which makes styling her ponytail easier and look more realistic. For a longer length, we suggest going with our Rooney or Rohan wigs which measure at 32 inches and 28 inches respectively.

Arya Stark

Arya’s hair is a shoulder length brown bob with the top section tied back in a ponytail. Although we don’t have a wig in this exact length, we suggest going with our Erica wig as the closest match. Our Erica wig hangs past the shoulders and comes with a large lace and lace front which are great for styling Arya’s slicked back look. The large lace makes the top of the head look more realistic when the hair is pulled back, and the lace front helps the hairline look more natural.

Khal Khal Drogo (Genderbent)

This blog wouldn’t be complete without a wig recommendation for Khal Drogo, a fan favorite of the show. For this look we recommend our Mabel wig which measures in at 32 inches long with soft waves like Drogo’s. If you prefer a wavier texture, we recommend Maxwell. However, if you prefer no waves at all or would like to style the waves yourself, Myla would be your best choice.
